Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a valid ID card and a credit card are requested upon check-in. The details of these cards must match the ones of the reservation's holder. Any reservation of 5 rooms or more is considered a group reservation, and subject to the group's terms and conditions and full prepayment. The group reservation will be considered as not subject to cancelation and not refundable. Every client is required to present physically at check-in the credit card used to book the room, as well as an identity document with the same name. In case on noncompliance, the client will be asked to settle the bill with another credit card in their name.
