It was definitely not the...
- What did you like most?I loved the staff from the front desk to security ! All helpful and attentive absolutely the best part of the hotel!
- Was there anything you didn't like?I didn’t like the last minute maintenance that caused a complete black out in the hotel and left me with 15 minutes to get the stuff from my car and rush up stairs before the elevator closed. My kids were frighten and could barely see their food to eat and it was extremely difficult to get them to bed. I also do not like the pull out bed it’s like your sleeping on springs. The staff was gracious and brought a mattress pad but I feel like that should have been included in the bedding for the pull out. There was no way to sleep without it . Also the room amenities looked used in the bathroom once we entered but we didn’t report honestly because we forgot chasing behind four kids but we did sanitize and go to the store to wipe everything down ourselves.
