You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a valid ID card and a credit card are requested upon check-in. The details of these cards must match the ones of the reservation's holder. Any reservation of 5 rooms or more is considered a group reservation, and subject to the group's terms and conditions and full prepayment. The group reservation will be considered as not subject to cancellation and not refundable.
