Highly recommended hotel in Singapore
- What did you like most?I stay at Aloft Novena every time that I am in Singapore for 1>3 nights because of it's optimal location, facilities and most importantly the excellent, friendly and professional staff. Whenever I request a particular room location, early check-in / check-out time or any other reasonable necessity the reservation and front desk team do their best to make it possible which makes one feel like a guest rather than a mere client. The rooms are well appointed, the gym is excellent and the breakfast supplied is outstanding. There is also a small mall virtually attached to the hotel that has restaurants and a supermarket for necessities. Being within walking distance of two MRT stations make it a perfect base for any time spent in Singapore. Highly recommended.

- What did you like most?I like everything about the hotel. Friendly staff, clean environment including the hotel and the washrooms, wifi is great , the cleaning room service is also very good. Most of the things are great. It was my 3rd time staying at this hotel
- Was there anything you didn't like?I dont like the morning breakfast because it lose my appetite when I see same food everyday. And the check out time is 12 noon if it was passed we have to pay for it. And the check in time is 3 in the afternoon so if we came to the hotel by 1 O'clock we have to stay untill 3p.m. or we can book the room from the day before just to stay 2 hours. I hope they can charge us hourly.
