A nice stay at a decent hotel with very nice staff.
- What did you like most?Staff was super nice. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good. The bath products were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was near the action of Shinjuku, but not in the middle of it, which I liked as it was quieter and less chaotic.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The toilet and bathtub room was very small/tight. We could have used a few more electric outlets, especially one near the bed.
Spacious and clean
- What did you like most?The spacious room we had felt like a luxury in Tokyo. We had a double bed studio. The bed was comfortable. We had a city view. There were lots of amenities like a mini fridge, pots and pans, lots of storage, a small pull out bed etc. The room itself was a bit dated, but we didn’t mind. Overall, was quite happy with my stay. There are lots of konbinis nearby, and it’s walking distance to the main SHINJUKU area. The area around the hotel was less busy/noisy. Daily housekeeping was provided.
